PKU Shenzhen is proud to be a part of Peking University, a first-class university recognized as one of the top institutes of higher education in the world. We have actively responded to the layout of emerging strategic industries in Shenzhen and developed programs that are different yet complementary to the Beijing campus.

International students enter the rigorous academic environment of PKU and study alongside their outstanding peers in graduate programs at the Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL) and the Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS). Academic programs which have been designed with international students in mind are still fully integrated with domestic students.

Academic disciplines outside of the specific fully-English language programs at PHBS and STL, require near-native or native-level Chinese language fluency. If you are an international student interested in one of these other programs, please contact the International Affairs Office.

All Ph.D. programs at PKU Shenzhen currently require a near-native or native level Chinese language. In 2018, Peking University HSBC Business School had its first intake of students at the PHBS UK campus. This campus is the first Chinese campus in the developed world, located in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside. Students can apply for the Cross-Border Master degrees in Finance and Management and spend one year of study at the PHBS UK campus then finish the final year of their studies at the PHBS campus in Shenzhen.
