6月1日，巴西六家基金会及教育机构团组来访北京大学深圳研究生院（以下简称“深研院”），双方围绕学生奖学金、联合科研及教育合作等议题展开深入交流。深研院相关职能部门和学院代表，以及深研院在读巴西学生参加座谈。
On June 1, a delegation from six Brazilian foundations and educational institutions visited Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (PKUSZ). The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on student scholarships, joint scientific research, and broader educational cooperation. Representatives from relevant administrative departments and schools of PKUSZ, as well as Brazilian students currently studying at the School, attended the forum.

座谈会上，深研院代表对巴西代表团一行表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了深研院的发展历程、办学特色及国际化战略。自2001年以来，深研院始终立足深圳、面向世界，目前已形成涵盖九个学院的学科布局，并积极推进三大战略——国际化提升战略、AI4S牵引战略与成果转化战略，致力于吸引更多国际学生来校学习交流，打造国际教育枢纽与AI4S创新高地。
At the forum, PKUSZ representatives extended a warm welcome to the Brazilian delegation and introduced the School’s development history, distinctive educational strengths, and internationalization strategy. Since its establishment in 2001, PKUSZ has remained rooted in Shenzhen while maintaining a global outlook. It has developed a disciplinary framework encompassing nine schools and is actively advancing three major strategies: the Internationalization Enhancement Strategy, the AI for Science (AI4S)-Driven Strategy, and the Innovation Translation Strategy. Through these efforts, the School is committed to attracting more international students for study and exchange, and to building both a hub for international education and a highland for AI4S innovation.
巴西代表团分别介绍了相关情况，包括其在科技创新人才培养、国际教育流动、青年领导力建设、应用研究与科技创新等领域的核心使命与重点项目，展现了巴西教育基金会在支持优秀青年赴全球顶尖高校深造、推动教育创新等方面的进展，并希望有机会支持更多巴西学生来深研院交流学习。
Members of the Brazilian delegation introduced their respective organizations, including their core missions and key programs in such areas as the cultivation of talent in science, technology and innovation, international educational mobility, youth leadership development, applied research, and scientific and technological innovation. They also highlighted the progress made by Brazilian educational foundations in supporting outstanding young people to pursue advanced studies at leading universities worldwide and in promoting educational innovation. The delegation expressed the hope of supporting more Brazilian students in studying and engaging in academic exchange at PKUSZ in the future.

Brazilian students currently studying at PKUSZ shared their own experiences of academic study and campus life with the visiting guests, demonstrating the School’s diverse, inclusive, and international campus environment.
在自由交流环节，双方就国际学生招生与奖学金合作等进行了富有成效的探讨。与会各方一致认为，中巴两国在教育与科技创新领域互补性强、合作潜力巨大，期待以此次访问为契机，建立常态化沟通机制，推动具体合作项目落地。
During the free discussion session, the two sides conducted productive exchanges on international student recruitment and scholarship cooperation. All participants agreed that China and Brazil have strong complementarity in the fields of education and technological innovation, and have great potential for cooperation. They look forward to taking this visit as an opportunity to establish a regular communication mechanism and promote the implementation of specific cooperation projects.
