Since you have 30 days after your entry in China to obtain a residence permit and that the procedure to apply takes about 20 days, please do not come to China ahead of time. Students are not allowed to move into the dormitory ahead of the arrival day scheduled by their school. The Campus Service Center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
